The entire process took a few weeks. It began with a quick phone interview with some specific industry- and company-related questions, aside from some personality ones. The HR interviewer was very nice and clear in her communication. Passing led to a technical assessment. Then to an interview with the direct manager and another stakeholder. Then to a more thorough background check and tests. Then to a final interview up the chain.
Everyone seemed prepared for the interviews with questions and concerns made clear. Everyone was extremely nice and respectful.
