The interview process was very pleasant, transparent, and the entire process moved very quickly! The Senior Expansion Manager who reached out to me, Marcie, did a fantastic job explaining the role to me and was also quick to recommend a different role for me based on my background and experience. In the short 30 minutes we had together (it flew by!) she most definitely matched me up to a role that is a great fit for me and I really appreciate that! At the end of the first call with Marcie, we set up a date and time to speak once again but this time we'd be joined by 2 hiring managers as well. The second interview took place 2 days after the first, and the team did a great job asking role-related questions, taking turns with "tell me about a time when" and "how do you act in scenario X" type questions. The interview itself felt very conversational and I have never felt more at ease with 3 strangers in my life! All of my questions were answered and at the end of the call I was already picturing myself in the role and being part of that team. Overall the interview process at KnowBe4 was a wonderful experience and I'm really looking forward to joining such a great company!
