The interview was very nice. Initially it was a self introduction, previous work experiences. next came few questions regarding the career and from the basics of the process and workflow.
I interviewed at Knowledgeworks Global (New Delhi)
Interview
F2F interview on location, on time, small panel, general process related questions, not very long interview, quick response, good people, transparent hiring, clear communication, nice location, good facilities, easily accessible, parking available
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Knowledgeworks Global in July 2025
Interview
The first round of interviewing was just okay. The group interviewing me didn't seem especially happy or excited to be talking to me. What was distressing was that the actual job was quite different from the one that was advertised on job boards. I got through the interview fine.
That Saturday evening, I received an email saying that I didn't have the background they were looking for. Fine.
Several days later, the HR recruiter emailed again offering a second interview. I agreed and spent a week preparing. The night before the second interview, she emailed again saying that they found the perfect candidate and that my interview was canceled. I didn't really like how any of it was handled. I'm not applying again.

Question 1
Basic stuff like "tell me how you optimized a workflow," and "how would you bring a team together." They ask about salary requirements, FYI.
