I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Knowunity (Berlin) in June 2023
Interview
I applied and had an interview with a recruiter and one of the founders. After it, I shared my pet project with them instead of completing a challenge. When I was sharing it, I mentioned that it was a bit outdated and I would do things differently now, and in general, I was more than happy to talk about it in a separate call. After this story, I was ignored 😅. A week later, I received an automated response that they had found a better candidate (but that's not true because they're still looking). I still decided to ask for feedback to understand what exactly they didn't like... But no. The answer was silence 😊. Such childish behavior. btw, during the so-called tech interview, there were maybe 5-10% questions about tech.

Question 1
If we forget to onboard you, what would you do during your first week? awesome question. it shows the level 💪
I applied through linkedin and had first call with the HR where we discussed the motivation behind applying and HR also told me more about the company. After HR call, I had an interview (so-called technical interview) where nothing technical things were discussed and they told me they will get back to me in two days. After a week, I sent them a follow-up email but it's been two weeks, they didn't even bother to reply. At least, say NO if you are not going forward with the applicant.
