I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kobiton (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
There was a total of 4 interviews. The first interview was very laid back and became progressively more detail oriented. I made it to the final round with the CTO. He was very bait and switch. Initially portrayed one personality so that I would feel comfortable, then his demeanor went very abrupt. I felt as though he talked to me like a dumb little girl above my head. Instead of saying scalable, he felt a need to explain the definition. Instead of saying informative vs. instructional video, he felt he had to show me. We ended with him needing/requesting something that was never apart of the job posting nor any of my previous interviews. My company does not train partners how to use a tool with an informative video. He did let me know that I was missing something that he needed, but wouldn't tell me what. I really appreciated the learning experience, and it gave me something else to brush up on. I'm not upset I didn't get the offer. If i was confused about what he was looking for in the interview, can you imagine day to day life.

Question 1
Do you have video proof of an informative video? He showed me a video Similar to YouTuber's " 5 things you must know about.... Insert anything"
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kobiton in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview process was a bit weird. We had an initial discussion but the interviewer didn't seem to know what he wanted to ask. There were a few moments of awkward silence as I waited for the interview questions. The worst part was that the person I was speaking with was from C-Level. Overall poor interview experience, if anything allow HR to handle the initial discussion.
