Interview
The process is in several stages. A screening with Human Resources. A phone technical screening with the hiring manager and then an on-site panel interview with individuals directly related to the role and some outside of the immediate role relationships.

Interview
The interview process is relatively easy. For internships, you'll have 2 interviews, and full-time applicants have 4 interviews. The questions are largely behavioral (the company believes in teaching on the job, especially for entry-level roles). The biggest thing is that you showcase yourself as a problem solver and quick learner. The questions are almost entirely behavioral. Get comfortable with the SBO format (similar to STAR method) for answering questions.
It was 4 interviews in 1 day. Ranging from character interviews to technical interviews. They want to know you know their core principles that they list out on their website.
