The first round of the interview process involved an online recorded interview. You were given prompts and had a couple minutes to answer each one. The second round included two interviews with one person in each interview on a video call.

The interview process is long, especially for an internship with up to 3 meetings. I would suggest that you find a current Koch employee and skip the screening process. If you can skip the screening process and get to the manager interviews, just be yourself- they are big on personality fit.
