Interview process was very laid back and casual. Asked normal questions with several different layers/meeting with groups. I would suggest focusing on the 'ideally you may also have' experience listed on the role and focus on that as much as you can - even if the interviewer doesn't bring it up. I was rejected for not having certain experience, even though I brought it up in the interview and the manager said I knew more about it than they did when they started. I felt my background matched all the experience required.
