Mostly asking things about me the lady was very nice and she was very interested In me she layed out what my working experience will be my pay and my dress code she also made it very clear to have fun at work but at the same time staying professional at all times they are very nice unlike other stores who want tons of retail experience kohls trains you for everything
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
