I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Clearwater, FL) in June 2017
Interview
The day after I submitted my application, Kohl's emailed me to schedule an in-store interview. The next available date was for a week following so I scheduled then. The interview took only about 10 minutes, and the interviewer was very polite. The interview went well but I think it was due to the fact that my availability was not what Kohl's was looking for, that I did not get a job offer.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
In school, what subject would you say you are the best at?
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
