I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Knoxville, TN) in June 2017
Interview
The interview mainly consisted of the manager telling me about the position, environment, etc. There were very few questions and I was informed they were interviewing eight other applicants after me. The process lasted less than fifteen minutes.

Question 1
What is your preferred section in the store (mens, juniors, womens, intimates, home, electronics)?
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
