The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Savannah, GA) in July 2012
Interview
What a joke! It took longer to fill out the application than to answer the questions. When will companies get it through their heads not to give group interviews? It's extremely lazy, and shows that the company doesn't know how to screen applicants; they accept anyone for an interview!
The interview process was very lengthy but the interview staff made it a positive experience. They provided a good overview of the position and its responsibilities. They were able to answer all questions that I posed.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Middletown, OH) in Mar 2019
Interview
2 interviews: 1st with plant manager and HR manager, then the second with OM3 and OM2 positions. Friendly for the most part, just know how your experience is related to leading/managing people, dealing with difficult people/situations, etc.

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Winchester, VA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I was contacted by corporate recruiter. Great interview.. it was all about what I was looking for and how that could fit at Kohl's. Then I did an on site interview with 4 members of the DC. They brought me back a week later to reinterview with two managers and got more in depth about what the job entailed. From then on I was working with the recruiter to negotiate salary and benefits.
