I applied through university. I interviewed at Kohl's
Interview
It took a few weeks, interview with District Loss prevention manager. Very strait forward. It was at a store that was closest to my house. Asked a lot of questions about what kind of person I was.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kohl's in July 2023
Interview
You are asked many questions about your background and why you chose to apply to work at Kohls. The interview is done on zoom and can be with any hiring manager or supervisor. The interview process is fair and gives you an opportunity to see why Kohls is a great place to work.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's in Oct 2021
Interview
I applied online and then received a call from the District Loss Prevention Manager. We discussed the duties of the job, my current and past employment, and ended with them telling me they would call to schedule an interview. Interview took place on Google Meet a few days later with 2 DLPMs. Interview was relaxed but well structured. I received a call same day saying they wanted to schedule a second interview with the Store Manager. That interview was also via Google Meet but was more of a meet and greet than an interview, as, unbeknownst to me, I had already been chosen and they just wanted to make sure I got along with the SM. Received call following day with job offer, accepted after small salary negotiation.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (New York, NY)
Interview
Phone screen interview, in person interview with DLPM, then interview with store manager, DLPM interview went great, store manager interview didn't seem like it went well, never got an email or phone call back, emailed them back and no reply, truly disappointed
