Went to career fair, got a call back 1.5 weeks later for an interview, was a 30 minute behavioral with a senior SWE with no leetcode/technicals. 2-3 weeks later, I got a phone call from HR confirming my offer
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2016
Interview
I recruited through my university career fair. There were 2 rounds of interviews: the first was an on-campus interview, and for the second round they flew me out to their headquarters in Milwaukee. The first round interview was about 30-45 minutes with one interviewer and was all behavioral. The second round interview was 1.5 hours with three interviewers (so three 30-minute interviews) and was also all behavioral. Overall, a fair interview process, not too intimidating.
