Relatively easy asked me to tell them about how I would handle different situations and previous retails experience. I interviewed with a manager and was asked about my availability. I got a call the same day.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Nicholasville, KY) in Aug 2012
Interview
I applied at Kohl's online from snagajob and was contacted within about a week to set up a group interview. There were about four other people and it was led by the assistant manager. It worked as a round-robin session, the manager would ask a question and we would go around the table and answer. The questions were basic but you had to make sure you stood out and did not repeat someone elses answer. After the interview the manager asked if I could stay behind and fill out additional paperwork and set up an interview with the store manager, who hired me after that.
