Interview
I got an email to set up the interview time and I was called by the manager to do a phone interview. This was the only interview and I was offered the job over the phone.

Question 1
I was asked about my current job and what I like and dislike about it. I was asked to give an example of a time I helped someone else. I was asked to describe a time I had to overcome obstacles to accomplish a goal. I was asked to talk about whether I ever observed a coworker breaking rules and what I did in that situation. I was asked for an example of when I had to learn a new technology. Another question asked was what I would do if I was helping a customer and another customer interrupted to ask for help.

Interview
They called me into an interview after a few days online. They asked me only one question and then said they would hand it off to their corporate office based on their needs.
It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Interview
Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
