Interview
The questions are easy, but it was a disappointed experience to me....
1. I applied through campus recruiting website, but I was not invited
2. I talked to the Kohl's employees in the university Career Fair, she gave me a "pop interview": "why you choose Kohl's?/Where does Kohl's attract you?" and I received the e-mail at that night that I was selected as "Top Candidate" and was invited to the interview again
3. I signed the last slot due to my schedule and I received e-mail asking if I can move my slot early...
4. I prepared and went to interview, when I signed in, I figured out only 4 candidates (including me) came to the interview (which means few other people rejected their invitation for interview, that's why they wanted me come early)
5. He just gave me a 10 minutes interview...and asked me if I have any questions. Even the front desk lady was surprised when she saw me leave the room and asked me why it ended so early. Right after my interview, the recruiting group left.

My interviewer only asked me 3 questions, but my friend who did interview with them told me she got about 7 questions Behavior STAR format

7. how to persuade others
Be sure to talk something related to retail work, sales...
Scheduled interview very quickly and got email updates on when it would be. Interview process took about 45-50 minutes on behavioral questions, interviewer was kind and I had an overall great experience.

The whole process was very rewarding and the Kohl's talent office connected me with multiple people who had done the internship previously, which made the process much less intimidating and made it clear what would be happening day-to-day.

I talked to Khol's at a campus career fair. Got asked back for first round of interviews about a week later. Talked to two current store managers who went through the internship. About two weeks later had the final round of interviews which was with a talent manager and district manager.
