I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Springfield, OH) in June 2019
Interview
It was a quick and simple interview, the manager who interviewed me asked typical questions about why I want to work here, what makes me a good fit, etc., and had me fill out an availability sheet on the spot. They were understanding about my lack of experience and helpful.
Short but still good experience to have for a beginner in interviewing. There are a lot of people to meet so that you can make your skills of speaking up to par.
Easy, over the phone and about 30 minutes long. The store manager asked questions about my background, what would I do if xyz happened, what I would do if a end cap was messy, how would I contribute to making the store look good.

Question 1
What would you do if you encountered an upset customer?
A round table style, group interview process with the manager and other candidates. Afterwards, on the same day, they did the one on one interviews. After about a week later I received an offer, which I accepted.
