Phone interview - interviewer never called and instructions from Kohk's were to call after 10 mins. I called and waited on hold for 30 more minutes for the "interviewer" to tell me that they only wanted people who can work until midnight (I'm in high school and legally cannot). He asked no questions and told me I applied too late.

the process was super easy. it was supposed to be virtual (online using google meet) but instead was on the phone. it lasted about 10-12 minutes and was super casual.

i was asked my availability, if i’ve ever worked before, the qualities of a good worker, and was given the run down of the position.

Interview
It was a good interview, and with basic questions, nothing too extreme. And the person interviewing me was very polite. And I didn't need to turn on my camera for the interview.

Question 1
What are the most important attributes of someone working in this industry?
Super simple. Consisted of a phone interview with on of the managers. They talked about the position and what you would be doing and then went into the questions. Questions were geared towards customer service and experience. Pretty short was no longer than 20 minutes.
