Kohl's Management In Training Program (MIT) interview questions

The interview process took 3 weeks to get the final answer. There were two interviews with a week's gap. After the last interview, I was told that I would receive a detailed evaluation of whether I got the position or not but have yet to receive it. Only an automated message from the company. I reached out to the recruiter that was assisting me during the process for an evaluation for a response as well, but still no answer. Being that both interviews went smooth and I achieved every requirement with additional background experiences, I would have greatly appreciated an explanation of where I could have simply missed the mark!
