Kohl's Ops Manager interview questions

Initial phone interviewand terminology which lasted 20 minutes. General logistics questions. The purpose was to establish potential compatibility. Passed the interview and was scheduled for a site interview. Site interview was round robin format with the facilities manager, hr manager, and 2 operations managers. Situational and behavorial questions were asked. Interview included a facility tour. Process lasted 4 hours. Passed that interview and was invited to interview in another city where a new facility was scheduled to soon open. Interviews were with senior level managers and vice presidents. Tougher questions yet similer in type that was done at the local facility. Interviews lasted 4 hours and other candidates interviewed as well.
