It was a one-on-one zoom interview. The interviewer was very attentive and seemed enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the company. The questions were targeted and specific to the position. Overall it was a great interview process.

What would be your routine for the first five minutes of a class you were subbing in.
The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.
