Interview
The interview were simple as they were desperately in need of new lecturers. I was hired. I knew the result of the hiring on the same day of the interview. The next week then was my first day at the college. There are two senior lecturers and an auditor who interviews me. I was required to give a 20 minutes mock presentation and a face-to-face interviews with the auditor and the head of the department I was applying for.
