Antiquated. First round was a monitored coding challenge which is great! Problem came later with the subsequent and from their viewpoint the final round. It consisted of some technical questions, a silly design whiteboarding exercise all of which were not technically sophisticated. But wait, as if that wasn't enough to drive home the notion that Komatsu is where technology goes to die, they spent 1/3rd of the time doing ancient mind puzzles that in fact were not even mind puzzles?

Technical interview was to memorize the C# language syntax and time restricted. I think that the programmer shouldn't memorize everything, there is intelligence in VS or VS Code. And the software used for testing has problem or was set up not accurate, some time limited questions appear just for few seconds.
