The interview process is comfortable and personal. You are given all of the information you need about the company whilst giving them a deep insight into yourself. After the interview you know exactly what the proposition is and you feel valued and understood.

Very relaxed with two way dialogue. Very informative and interesting. Was not pressurised in any way whatsoever, if fact I can honestly say I enjoyed the overall experience. John Warburton and Prina Mashru were very engaging and made me feel at eases throughout the interview process.
