Interview
Started with a 30 minute call with a little bit of technical things and my background. After a take home assignment that takes 5-10 hours or more depending on your level of experience. Then finally a 4 hour interview, but not your standard technical interview you see in general software engineering jobs. People were nice and I got very fast responses.
