Interview was very odd and was three phases. first phase was a simulation where they made it seem like you could not do anything right. It was a torture test to deliberately put you in a pressure situation which was unfair. Then I was written off by the other people that interviewed me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What does the customer want? This was odd because in the simulation they were playing the role of the customer.
Why this position?
I’m drawn to this role because it aligns perfectly with my interest in building reliable, high-performance backend systems for financial applications. My experience in developing backtesting frameworks, data pipelines, and automated monitoring systems has given me a solid foundation in system design and implementation.

Long. Skype interview with HR and hiring managers and 2 in person interviews that were all over an hour long and had almost like a test/quiz feel to them. Most in depth interview I've had.
