Koos Service Design interview questions

1) filling in an application & sharing CV 2) first interview including 2 consultants, to talk about background, motivation, culture fit etc. 3) second interview with a case. the case included making a project plan and sharing an approach for a client that is asking to improve the experience of their customer.

After few days I applied on their website, I received an invitation for an interview online. The interview was very friendly and comfortable. They asked me about my past experiences and we talked about motivations and expectations. Even though I didn't pass the selections I had a very positive experience talking with the guys from Koos and I received beneficial feedback from them afterward.
