Interview
I went through a structured and fairly straightforward interview process. I applied via an online portal, then had an initial chat with the hiring manager. After that, I was provided with a product deck and asked to share specific feedback and confirm whether I was interested in proceeding with a particular project.
I then had a detailed one-hour call with a senior manager covering the role and scope, followed by a short 20-minute assignment. After completing this, I received a conditional offer pending a reference check and had the opportunity to discuss scope in more detail.
Overall, the process took around three weeks and was smooth. One meeting was slightly complex to coordinate due to multiple stakeholders in different time zones, but otherwise communication was clear.

Question 1
They focused mostly on role-specific questions: my view of the project, how I would approach key challenges, and how I would structure communications. Was also asked to discuss my experience and how I’ve handled similar situations in the past.
