Interview
The selection process starts with resume shortlisting, followed by a Group Discussion to test communication. Candidates then navigate three rounds of technical and behavioral interviews (Int 1, 2, & 3). The final hurdle is a Team Discussion to assess cultural fit before the ultimate selection and offer conversion.
