Interview
Really simple, one of the employees escorted us into the back offices and after that we waited for the manager to be ready to interview one of us. After when all of the people were interviewed we were escorted back to the front of the airport.
There were 2 interview process including F2F in your location and online with the headquarter. F2F interview duration varies depends on the person and the experiences that you have. Both didn't take too long and the atmosphere is between formal and informal.

Fluent Korean language skill is highly preferred. Interview process went smoothly in Korean language. They ask you about the past work experiences and why you fit for this job, desired salaries etc..
