I am coming from working in many world-class talent management functions for the F50; wanted to try something new. I was scheduled with 5 different managers after going through a behavioral test. Overall, everyone was nice but I was shocked at the lack of attention to detail and the push to sell their assessment products. At one point they wanted my entire list of sources for talent sourcing, which I would not give. I ended up tactfully avoiding this, and the remaining 2 interviews were unnecessary. No new information was shared, the reference checking process was a joke.
