Online questions and Skype interview. The interview questions are tailored towards The Koru7 to see what strengths you may have to contribute. Pretty basic stuff to measure how well you'd be suited for the program. Skype interview did not take more than 20 minutes and the interviewer answered all of my questions afterwards.

Open-ended fit interview. 30 min length. The interviewers like cohesive stories with setting, middle, end, and takeaways. Do a little research on past programs, and the successes of past participants, and you should be set.

They sent a writer to interview a technical professional. The interviewer knew nothing about tech, but all behavioral questions. I doubt their interview methodology. And how much could a person really learn in 10 days of immersion program?
