Kosmos Energy interview questions

Interesting. Not too many technical questions, a lot of Behavioral and personality Enquiries. A lot of levels of interviews about 3, and you have to take written tests. Friendly panel

I was called in 6 times for 6 different interviewers over a span of 4 weeks. The people were nice and interviews went quickly. I took a tour of the building and we discussed my skill set. Not much reason to have been called out 6 times but I guess the end justifies the means.
