Kovitz Investment Group interview questions

I had a great experience with the Kovitz interview process. Everyone was very kind and when needed, they worked around my schedule to find convenient times for the interviews. Everyone was professional and very welcoming throughout the process. 3 interview steps - all positive.

Their team of three could for sure use help, maybe with a new director and guide on what they are looking for. I applied for an associate position that they they CHANGED on the day of the interview to a manager position -- the best part? They never changed the salary range. They requested three interviews all within one week of each other, so they move fast, but will ghost you just as quickly as they reached out -- be warned!
