Quite Straightforward, a few calls with a recruiter and hiring manager + role play / demo of platform to wider team. They don't look at your commodities knowledge but rather the questions you ask and your approach to the demo.

generally the process includes two rounds. The first round was with hiring manager 1-1, brief introduction and understand background, expectations etc. the second round was with 2 colleagues/managers which included a role play to demo sale the platform and present a business plan, in total one hour.
