I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2016
Interview
2 Rounds, First was on-site with a bunch of senior people, was a fairly off-putting process but I understood the logic behind it, basically like speed dating and everyone was friendly at least. Everyone on this board got the question "When did you know you were different?" I never got that and got the offer still. Make sure you have a good reason for "Why Kraft?". Definitely read all the interviews on here before going in, or you probably won't be prepared.
Thorough and efficient process from start to finish. Interviews were scheduled back to back in person. Couple screens with HR professionals. All in all, a good interview experience. Would recommend to a friend.

Interview
Phone screen then another round with a member of the “Agile Finance” Team. Short interview. Guy was very rude. Would not recommend! In a much better job now. Culture stinks.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
Phone Screen was somewhat detailed. Asked a lot of questions about current role. Very conversation like, not your typical phone screen. Followed up with Hiring Manager interview, which went neutral. HR Phone Screen person sent me the benefits details after first meeting.
