I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Melbourne) in July 2016
Interview
similar to other interviews, they had questions regarding experience, achievements and contributions. They asked why I wanted to leave my current role and what I'm looking for in my career.
Make sure you ask about the work culture and team structure. They were quite hesitant to reveal that it is a one-man-show and there is no 'team'. Resourcing is an issue within the company and after I asked several questions regarding the role and team structure, they began to steer the conversation elsewhere.

Question 1
How did you successfully implement marketing plans?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2025
Interview
Initial interview with the recruiter. Although the interview went well, the hiring manager decided not to move forward. In my experience, talking to recruiters without prior networking or a conversation with a hiring manager usually ends this way.

Interview
I applied to a vacancy at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf on Linkedin in March 2021.I was contacted by the recruiter one week after applying, she rang me on my mobile phone and invited me to a first catch up (only the recruiter and myself), the catch up lasted approximately one hour. Then the recruiter invited me to the following:
1. Interview with the Line Manager for this position (1 hour).I received positive feedback following the interview.
2. Interview with the Skip Level for this position (30 minutes)and the Line Managers Equivalent in Trade Marketing (30 minutes).
After the second step I received no feedback at all. I sent a follow up email one week later but received nothing back from the recruiter. Throughout the interview process the recruiter called me directly and expected me to be available at short notice. I was always agreeable and replied without delay. have received no feedback to this day. Respect people's time and give them feedback (even an automated reply will do).
I was told the next steps would be a business case and a final interview with the head of HR.
