Ik heb eerst een sollicitatiebrief gestuurd, waarna ik ben uitgenodigd om op gesprek te komen. Dit was op het kantoor in Zeist. Hier werden er vragen gesteld op basis van marketing kennis. Dus veel inhoudelijke vragen, naast de persoonlijkheids vragen.
Interview begins with an initial phone screening with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. This may be followed by additional interviews with other members of the team or executives.

2 rounds of interviews with 2 different interviewers. People first culture shone through. Prepped with the company values. It was only medium hard because it felt like a chat. Questions about situational, behavioural etc.
