I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Toronto, ON) in June 2018
Interview
I went through 4 rounds of interview:
- 1 Telephone interview with HR
- 3 rounds of 1:1 interview: direct hiring manager, another manager from the department as well as a VP.
I was assured that I would you be promptly informed about the outcome of the hiring process. Totally ghosted me. I wrote thank-you and follow-up emails and received no reply whatsoever. I have read other reviews on Glassdoor and it seems that it is not an uncommon practice.
Upon further reflection, I feel that I might have dodged a bullet because if that is how a company operates it speaks volumes about where the company stands when it comes to treating employees and its culture.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2025
Interview
I had a call with HR where we discussed the role and team culture as well as my background and software proficiencies. The interviewer was great and offered me a lot of very helpful information about the role, team and manager. It was mostly open for me to ask questions.

Question 1
They've gone over on my resume and ask me a few question about my back experience such as what is your current positon? Do you have any experince on SAP ? etc.
I had an initial call with a recruiter and then an excel skills demonstration and interview with a manager. The process started off weird because the recruiter called me out of the blue several weeks after I applied and tried to have a 30 min conversation and I had to ask to schedule for a later time because I had a meeting. I then didn’t hear anything for a week and a half so I assumed they weren’t moving forward. Then the recruiter reached out to set up an interview and excel skills demonstration. I spent a lot of time preparing and did this interview and then never heard anything after. I followed up and wasn’t even told they wouldn’t be moving forward. I had been interviewing with 7 companies and 2 let me know I wouldn’t be moving forward and 4 gave me offers, Kraft was the only one to ghost me. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
