The interview was pretty basic, questions about my experiences, my interest in the position etc. the interns were good interviewers but the managers asked irrelevant questions. Sometimes I would give an answer to his hypothetical scenarios, and he would say actually i was looking for a different answer and then just repeat what i said but wording it slightly differently. Also after saying the process was 3 rounds they added a 4th one out of nowhere.

Question 1
Why do you specifically want to work for a company involved in food production?
I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (London, England)
Interview
I had to send my Cv and instead of a cover letter I was required to answer some questions online. After an online gaming assessment I was asked to come for a in-person assessment in the Shard. We had an interview with the HR and team member, and afterwards we were divided into teams to solve (and present) a business case.

Question 1
Two interviewers asked questions about my CV and more specific behavioral questions (eg. a situation in which I took ownership). They also asked why Kraft Heinz and why London. Finally, the asked a logical question "how many windows does this building have?"
It was a series of evaluative questions that entailed situational dilemmas and description of personal attributes such as your biggest accomplishments. Overall was quite a quick interview with fixed questions and not much flexibility.

First they make you test your work quality and personality type, then you have to record a solo video interview. After that you are interviewed by an intern. Past this stage a higher up would interview you.
