Phone screen with HR. Before then was asked to send through why applying and why would be good for the role. At the end of that was asked to go to next stage which was with hiring manager and a different HR rep.

Interview
Very long and drawn out, I think I had at least 5 hour long interviews with different stakeholders. All very formal and essentially going over my CV and asking basic theoretical questions - only one of them seemed to have actually read my CV and had specific questions about my experience. Some questions were very broad and didn’t have enough context to answer them in a way that was really useful.
