I had pre-screening with the recruiter and then spoke 1:1 with the hiring manager and was scheduled to have 4 panel interview through video call. The interview itself was not too bad and easygoing but the way they treated me off the call was "Horrible", they listed my role as Senior level at first and called in middle of it and decided that they would lower the level of it to just Staff level and after I had final interview they did not follow up with me (no email no call) for 2.5 months and I saw them re posting and re posting the same exact job twice in Glassdoor (like 2 days after I had my final interview). I thought it was odd at first but yeah it turned out that they left me hanging and when I emailed them for a follow up they told me they were still "deciding". HR was very not transparent of their recruiting process and left me hanging for more than 2 month and they just sent me automatic email reply that I didnt get the role I applied for like 2.5 months ago. You guys need some respect to call the candidate who spent their time till final round and let them know in person. Very disappointed. All the management I spoke with are new hires only had 3-7 months of career in Kraft Heinz and I see why.
