Interview
Just completed the first round interview. It is a video interview consisted of 7-8 basic questions about your background and why you choose the company/specialization/position. There are a few behavioural questions about problem-solving and ethics.

1. Favorite product from Kraft Heinz. 2. How did you find and why did you apply for this internship? 3. Why do you fit this position? 4. Describe a time that you adapted to an unexpected change. 5. Share an experience about solving a problem. 6. Share an experience that you showed your compassion to someone (helped others). 7. Describe a time when you failed to reach a goal, and how you managed to improve yourself later and then successfully proceeded to meet that goal. 8. Describe a time when you thought you did the right thing in for a problem, even if there were more simple ways to solve it (ethical question). *The questions stated above are not how they were exactly asked, but also identical.
Well managed and planned. The process took about a month ranging from talent acquisition, HR, business case, and user interview. The interviews were about an hour each talking about personality and experience. However, I have not get the chance to proceed to an user interview yet at the time but nevertheless a good experience.

I first applied through the company’s careers website, but my application wasn’t successful. After someone withdrew, the manager posted a new announcement on LinkedIn, which I responded to, and that led to a video interview three days later.
