30 minute QA with hiring manager, Discussion on experience and education. Asked to explain how different processes should work. Hiring manager explained what the roles and expectations would be -- questions on the availability for travel. Would relocation be needed.
Few different rounds with various levels and people, everyone really nice. All asked similar questions about previous experience. Had positive things to say about the culture and their tenures there

Long and waste of time. Waited one month to meet with Director who was late to call. Given wrong job description, poor communication throughout process, lack of visibility in timeline.
