Processo molto lungo. Si inizia con un test attitudinale online, seguito da un colloquio online senza interlocutore durante il quale viene richiesto di rispondere a delle domande (ovviamente in relazione al business dell’azienda). Segue colloquio con un former trainee, piuttosto informale. Successivamente si può essere invitati a un altro colloquio con un manager. E poi alla giornata di colloqui con altri aspiranti trainee. Il mio percorso si è concluso qui, ma seguirebbero altri 1/2 colloqui per essere scelti.

After they reviewed your application, you get invited to complete the pymetric test, and after you pass, you get invited to interview (on demand). so they will give you some questions and you need to record a video directly from the website

The first part of the interview process is done through the use of Pymetrics, through which it is required to play 40 minutes of games to assess your personality traits, after which a prerecorded interview has to be completed. This pre-recorded interview allowed very little time to answer and therefore remained vague in my opinion.

The recruitment process consists of Pymetrics game, Pymetrics digital interview, Business Interview with a recruiter, Assessment Day, International Leaders Interview Panel and an Offer. The whole process is about 6 months long.
