      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Milan) in Feb 2016

      Interview

The process took more than 4 months. First applied online followed by recording a 3-minute video answering why choose KraftHeinz and why should they hire you. Then online tests. After that is a short phone interview to check the candidate's status on working permit and preferred working location. Followed by a Skype interview with one of the senior manager in the company. After that I waited 3 weeks to get an invite to the assessment centre in Milan. The assessment centre was very intense but the selection process was not effective in my opinion. 30 were invited and only a quarter of them received the offers. One on one interview then group case study. All very short and intense, but not enough time to really get to know the candidates. After lunch half of the candidates were sent home. In the afternoon was the panel. Not many in-depth questions but most were too tricky to answer or too mean to answer. In the following day the HR called me to let me know I was not successful in the final round. The whole process was nice and the staff was very friendly. However, in my opinion the selection process can be a little more efficient and accurate. In the assessment centre luck played a big part.

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Leuven) in Nov 2021

      Interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz in Oct 2017

      Interview

Two interviewers asked me questions, mostly STAR type or 'why this programme'. At the end there was a logic question which they helped me through. I thought it went really well but had no reply for ages. Eventually after emailing them a few times I got a generic rejection email.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Kraft Heinz (Zeist) in May 2017

      Interview

The interview process is long and has several steps: -Application -Online reasoning tests -30sec video explaining why you want to work for them and why you are the right fit -Skype interview with competence based and logic questions (30-60min) -Assessment center in two stages, morning and afternoon. In the morning you have a quick 15min interview and a group work on a case study, which you have to prepare in 60min and present in 5min. Only half of the people in the morning pass to the afternoon screening, which is a panel. The overall process is fast paced and you always get feedback quickly. The assessment center is the hardest part. The time is very limited and you don't really get a chance to shine. You have to be lucky to get to the last stage. In my assessment center we were 37, only 14 passed to the second stage and after that about 4-5 people were taken. The cultural fit with the company is the most important thing they look for.
