I felt that they made the interview process more distant and cold by doing everything pre-recorded. The HR manager sends you a pre-recorded message, and gives you a few questions that you have 3 minutes to record your answer. You can not re-do them. You don't speak to anyone directly so there is no human element to the process. They also give you a series of "games" one of which was math questions to solve which seemed odd because this is a creative role.
