Two interviews and one "practical exercise". The recruiter was immensely kind, responsive and clear in his feedback and next steps. The interview with the managers was great too. The interview process was quick and someone was always in contact with me, and when I sent an email asking for feedback I was answered straight away.

Recruiter screening, manager screening, practical exercise, follow-up interview, and then I received an offer. The practical exercise was like a case study to ascertain my critical and strategic thinking skills. I enjoyed this. It was the first time an exercise like this was requested as part of the interview process. I've seen other people admit they don't like when potential employers ask you to do "free work", however, as someone who is not confident in their interviewing abilities half the time, this allowed me to showcase what I am capable of, and it certainly paid off! The case study did not request that I do more work than simply explain "how" I would do something. Kraken made the interview process incredibly easy and seamless. The recruiters always kept in touch, even if they didn't have much to report, giving me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Even if I had not received an offer, I have no doubts that the process would not have been as easy as I described. It only took a few weeks from the initial screening to receiving and accepting the offer letter.
