Interview
At first they showed me the workplace and the rooms and talked about the variety of projects they deal with including some physical examples of finished products. Later we went to the meeting room and they talked about their point of view for this position and then I talked about what I would like to do and where do I see myself in the future. The interview was nice and in a free form, they didn't follow any questions strictly from the paper. Technical questions were average level. Very positive experience in overall.
